It’s started – Labyrinth Armidale will begin somewhere soon in Armidale

On 4 March, we will meet with Council to gain formal approval for digging bricks into the ground on the piece of land outside NERAM, the New England Regional Art Museum, should it also be approved by NERAM’s Board.  We will follow the Chartres design, and hand-dig the trenches, I’m pretty sure, or use a trenching tool.

We hope to get it done for World Labyrinth Day which is Saturday 4 May.

If anyone has any spare bricks they want, please let us know. Soon.

In peace,

Joy

I love this project! I hope a council approves the brick laying. The only objection I can think of is it being so close to the creek and flooding but surely as this is not a dwelling it should be ok.
